"What are you doing here, Charlotte? Aren't you supposed to be in the hospital?" Charlotte smirked while she walked in and took a seat beside Christopher, who now wore a guilty look on his face. Asher arched a brow, his eyes darting between the both of them as he tried to figure out what was going on. "Oh..." He whispered, clenching his jaw. "Why did you invite her Twig?" Christopher cleared his throat and raised his hands in surrender. "I didn't know things had changed between you two in my defense. I only heard she was back and thought maybe you'd like to see her or something. "
