Chapter 21 Anxious

Julia stood in front of the mirror in the bathroom, staring at her reflection in the mirror in the bathroom... she had just taken a shower, but couldn't help but keep staring at the dark circles around her eyes, which had become really prominent because of how much she had skipped sleep in the last month... her hand travelled to her eyes, and she sighed deeply... That should be the least of her worries, she thought... she had spent hours going through the documents he gave her and even thought about the thing she was not okay with... "Am I really going to do this..." She muttered under her breath, her eyes filled with uncertainty, but Julia gave her head a little shake... She couldn't go back to her old life... She had the key to a new life in the palm of her hands, and she would be a fool if she lost it... She left the bathroom and quickly put on her clothes so she could wait for Damon to arrive so she could give him her answer... Julia left the room and headed downstairs... she sat in the living room with the file in her hand, and as time went by, she became more anxious than she already was... she picked up the phone he had given to her and started to go through it when she became tired and bored of waiting... The phone only contained their number... she wondered who the other people were... her eyes travelled to his number, and she swallowed... would it be right to call him to tell him she had her answer, or should she wait till he came on his own...
