Chapter 17 Mrs Carson

Soft music filled the air of a large grand living room... An older woman sat at the far end of the living room with a teacup in her hand... she brought it up to her lips and took a small sip from it, but immediately scrunched her nose after taking a sip... she dropped the tea cup gently in it's saucer and sighed deeply as she looked up at the mad who was standing in front of her... the maid head was hungry low to hide her tension and nervousness, but it was hard not to notice because of how much she was shaking... "It's too hot..." The older woman said in a low voice... "I'm...I'm sorry...I'm sorry ma'am... I will make... a new one right away" The maid opened her trembling mouth to speak but ended up stuttering... The older woman sat in silence the entire time as the maid reached towards the cup to pick it up... "Call Mrs. Danley in on your way out" " she instructed, and the maid hurriedly scurried away to make some tea and do as she was instructed...
