Chapter 10 Conscience

Julia's eyes slowly fluttered open and were met with a Hugh white ceiling... it closed again after a few seconds. Her eyes fluttered open, she got up in a sitting position abruptly... Where was she! she almost started to panic but calmed down when the memories of everything that happened the previous day started to invade her mind... "I'm at his house. " She muttered under her breath as she took in her surroundings... the house was just as big and elegant as she remembered and even though she was lying on the couch, she felt completely out of place as she looked up at the really high ceiling that was pure white and she has this suddenly urge of wanting to touch it... Julia gave her head a little shake to wad off crazy thoughts as she dragged herself up and stretched... her hair was similar to a bed nest, but she didn't know... As she moved, the piece of cloth that had been used to cover her fell to the ground and caught her eyes... Julia stared at it in silence for a few seconds before she reached out to pick up the soft cover cloth... She didn't remember covering herself... and didn't even know when she had drifted off to sleep... Julia almost yelped when she heard a sound that immediately gained her attention, she froze for a few seconds before she got up from the couch... her eyes scanning the place to try to decipher where the sound originated from... she heard the sound again a few seconds later and immediately deciphered where it came from... it was coming from the side of the of room...
