"What... what did you just say?" Darco asked, utterly bewildered by the physician's casual statement. Could it have been? "Oh, don't worry about it, son. I'll have to ask you to stay still while I clean your nose. It seems it's broken. This is bad," the physician muttered as he carefully observed Darco's nose. He let out a gasp as Darco aggressively slapped his hand away, sending the blood-stained cloth flying. Darco sat up from the bed. He stared daggers at the elderly physician, and his blood-stained face made him look even more menacing.
