Chapter 29 Decker's Desperation

"Decker," Ashina muttered under her breath. She stood still with her jaw slack due to the shock. Decker stood by her door, staring back at her with an emotionless face. The surprise had driven Ashina's dizziness away. Her heart now pounded. Though she had longed for him for quite a while, Ashina didn't think she was going to see Decker that night. "Hey, Ash... Princess. A moment please?" Decker finally asked, breaking the awkward silence between them both. He knew not to call her by her name when they were not alone.
