The odd creaking noise did not help my confidence in the swing's ability to hold my weight, but after sitting like a statue for a couple of minutes, it didn't seem too bad. "Okay, push me," I said to Jaxson. "But not too much!" I added hastily. If he pushed me and I fell off I'd kill him, Alpha or not. The giggles that bubbled inside of me were welcomed. I felt as if I hadn't laughed for years, and here I was, a little tipsy being pushed on a swing and I couldn't stop myself. I didn't even know what I was laughing at, but it wasn't long before Jaxson, Jude, Dera and even Luke had all joined in.
