Chapter 24 Twenty Four

On getting to the party, Alicia wasn’t really surprised to see everywhere packed to the brim, of course, Leo would go all out for his true love. She walked into the hall and everyone turned to look at her, she wasn’t surprised, she was dressed for the attention after all. She saw Mary and Joy standing aside and glaring at her but she ignored them and walked up to a waiter, picking a glass of champagne. She searched for Leo and Selina but couldn’t find them, she could feel it in her bones that she needed to find them, who knows what they could be discussing? She greeted the alphas and chatted a little with the Lunas before excusing herself. As she entered the hallway, there was only a place she knew Leo would be, so taking care to be as careful as she could be, she made her way to the room along the way. On getting there, she stopped in front of the door and pressed her ear on it. At first, she couldn’t hear anything but soon, she could hear the faint voice of Leo.
