Chapter 3 The CEO Is My Husband?!
Whitney was momentarily surprised before she understood why Stella was dressed so extravagantly. It was because their interview subject in the afternoon was the CEO of the Sirius Group.
The Sirius Group was like a legend in Svilledale.
Three years ago, the Sirius Group was established out of nowhere and quickly gained a strong position in the financial world of Svilledale with its dominant approach.
In the following three years, this company rapidly developed into one of the largest conglomerates in Svilledale, standing alongside the three major groups under the Svilledale Pack.
And the CEO of the Sirius Group was even more mysterious than the company itself.
For three years, no one knew any details about the CEO, not even his name or appearance.
However, this unknown factor did not diminish everyone's enthusiasm for this mysterious CEO.
For example, upon learning that they were going to interview the CEO of the Sirius Group, Stella dressed up especially for the occasion.
Whitney looked at Stella with a smile and teased, "Stella, do you really want to make an impression on this CEO of Sirius Group? Aren't you afraid that he might actually be an old, bald man?"
"Pfft! I don't believe it!" Stella stomped her foot in anger. "Everyone says that the CEO of the Sirius Group is exceptionally young and an outstanding young werewolf! Marrying him is the dream of many girls."
Unlike Stella's eager expression, another colleague Zora Fisher, who was standing beside her, said seriously, "This interview opportunity is precious, and we must prepare well. You know, this is the first time that Sirius' CEO has accepted a media interview. If we can take his photo, it will definitely boost our magazine's sales to new heights."
Whitney nodded.
Indeed, the CEO of Sirius Group never accepted interviews. When they initially invited him, they were rejected. But they didn't know what went wrong, as he suddenly called yesterday and agreed to the interview.
This unexpected good news shocked their chief editor as if they had won the lottery.
After quickly reviewing the interview content they were going to discuss later, Whitney, Zora, and Stella, along with the photographer, went to Sirius Group.
Sirius Group was located in the financial district of Svilledale. After greeting the receptionist on the first floor, Whitney and the others took the elevator directly to the top floor.
"Is it Helsa Magazine?" The secretary of the CEO's office saw them coming out of the elevator and immediately greeted them, "Mr. Morrison is already waiting for you inside."
Mr. Morrison?
Whitney was stunned.
She hadn't expected that the mysterious CEO of the Sirius Group and her newlywed husband had the same surname.
When they entered the office, Stella was particularly nervous and kept pulling Whitney, whispering if her hair was messy.
Whitney found it somewhat amusing and whispered back, "No, it's not messy at all. It looks beautiful..."
As Whitney spoke, she curiously glanced at the office.
But when she saw the figure next to the floor-to-ceiling window, she suddenly froze, forgetting to continue answering Stella's question.
At this moment, Stella's gaze also fell on the man by the window, and she couldn't care less about Whitney. She lowered her voice and exclaimed, "Oh my God. The CEO of Sirius Group... is... in a wheelchair?"
Before Whitney could answer, the wheelchair by the window slowly turned around.
Suddenly, Stella gasped in astonishment.
"Wow. Sirius' CEO is just too handsome! He's even more good-looking than a celebrity!"
Stella seemed to have completely ignored the fact that the person was sitting in a wheelchair. She excitedly whispered, already fantasizing about becoming the mate of this great CEO.
But Whitney didn't pay any attention to her exaggerated exclamation.
She just stared fixedly at the man by the window, feeling as if a thunderbolt had exploded in her mind!
The sunlight streamed through the window, casting a warm glow on the man's chiseled face as he sat in the wheelchair. His features were flawlessly defined, and his deep, dark eyes emitted their customary icy brilliance.
It was Stefan.
Stefan is the CEO of Sirius Group?
