Chapter 238 Actions Have Consequences

ZOLA'S P.O.V I laid in bed looking up at the ceiling recalling everything that happened. Basically, my life was or would forever be cursed. I was never supposed to make it to the age of 1. Yet, here I was, alive at the age of 24. However, it was at a cost and something about that didn't sit right with me. I wasn't sure if I was lucky to be alive or plain unlucky at the cost of being alive. I can understand why people would think that I was being dramatic. And from an outsider looking in, I would agree. But as it stood, this was how I felt, and I wasn't sure I would feel any other way.
