Chapter 50 Finding Allies

ELIANA'S POV Lessons done for the day, I left the witch’s house, my mind in full action while I found my way home. I really didn't know what I was expecting my first lesson to be like when I was going but it definitely was not what I just came out of. It had been so unexpected, and now I couldn’t stop thinking about the woman whose mate was cheating on her. I couldn't even fathom the pain she must be feeling every time he was with the other woman. She would always feel the strain on the mate bond, a pain that was almost unbearable. I heard and honestly from the little I've experienced with my own bond, I would say it wasn't going to be just emotional pain for her. It might also be physical, maybe like a constant tearing at her soul.
