ELIANA'S POV My palm was still pressed against his and I could feel the warmth of his skin seeping into mine. It was strange. I wasn’t cold, and I wasn’t shaking anymore, but I still didn’t let go. Something about the way his touch felt against mine made my entire body hum. Something was pulling at me, urging me to move closer, to close the distance between us completely but I fought against it. Holding hands was enough for now.
