Chapter 3 They Are Just Too Adorable
Six years later, a slender girl wearing sunglasses appeared at the VIP exit of Crownford International Airport.
She was trailed by two little boys, donned in tiny suits. Their hair had a natural curl to it, and their thick eyebrows and big eyes made them incredibly adorable.
She glanced sideways and saw a frenzy at the arrival gate. Fans were wildly waving signs and shouting, “Mr. Adrian, Mr. Adrian...”
“Mommy, who is Mr. Adrian?” the little boy on the left asked, his large eyes filled with curiosity.
Just as Luna was about to claim she didn't know him, a man suddenly appeared by her side and grabbed her.
“Miss, could you help me?”
The man was wearing a black mask and sunglasses. He pointed toward the fans who were wildly cheering at the arrival gate, brought his hands together in a plea, and said, “I'm counting on you!”
Two minutes later, a young couple emerged from the arrival gate, each of them cradling a little boy in their arms.
Despite wearing masks, the family's strikingly attractive appearance was impossible to hide. Passersby couldn't resist stealing glances at them.
Whispers among the fans could be heard. “This family seems so happy!”
“But don't you think the man looks like Mr. Adrian?”
“They just look alike. Mr. Adrian isn't married. Where on earth did the child come from?” A nearby fan immediately voiced her dissatisfaction.
“I was just saying, but he really looks like Mr. Adrian,” the criticized fan retorted.
After leaving the airport, Adrian Finch found a secluded spot to set the little boy down. He then turned to Luna and said, “Thank you. Without your help, I wouldn't have been able to leave so quickly!”
“You're welcome!”
Luna was about to leave with her two little boys when Adrian stopped her. “I'm Adrian Finch. Would you be comfortable sharing your name?”
“Smith!” Luna introduced herself tersely. “They're my sons, Paxton and Daxton.”
“They're twins?” Adrian was clearly intrigued by the two little boys, a hint of curiosity flashing in his dark eyes. “They look exactly alike.”
“Yeah.”
Noticing the indifference in Luna's tone, Adrian took off his mask.
Contrary to his expectations, there was no shriek of delight. He couldn't even find a hint of surprise in her eyes.
Luna removed her sunglasses, giving Adrian a nod. “If there's nothing else, I'll be on my way.”
Upon regaining his composure, Adrian smiled and asked, “Um... Ms. Smith, may I take a picture with your kids? They are just too adorable!”
Adrian felt a bit nervous. This was the first time he had initiated a request for a photo together. In the past, it had always been the fans who took the initiative.
“What do you think?” Luna handed the decision-making power over to the two little boys.
They nodded their heads happily. After all, they were so adorable.
The trio posed for several photos together. Adrian had hoped to invite Luna to join them but was rejected.
After taking the photos, Adrian seized the opportunity and said, “Let's exchange numbers. It will make it easier to send you the kids' pictures later.”
Seeing that Luna was somewhat hesitant, Adrian quickly clarified, “You must have realized by now that I'm a public figure. Being with me inevitably invites trouble. If entertainment reporters bother you, it will be easier for me to reach you.”
After some consideration, Luna decided to exchange numbers with Adrian.
Out of courtesy, Adrian and Luna waved their goodbyes.
After they had left, Adrian eagerly clicked on a WhatsApp profile named “Tyrant.” He sent a few group photos and began recording a voice message.
“Bro, I just ran into two little boys at the airport who looked exactly like you when you were a kid. Have you been secretly raising some kids outside?”
