I arrived at the family house and rushed inside. I was very worried about what could have gone wrong, I had tried to call Cecile on the way but she wouldn’t take my calls. I got into the sitting room and froze; Laura was sitting there on the couch, she was crying and seemed lost in thoughts as well. at least until I arrived; she stood up and walked to me slowly.
