Chapter 5 Future Wife Ran Away
What does she desire?
Alora's heart clenched, but she still gave a sorrowful nod.
"Alright, anything is fine."
After marrying the Wilsons, I had everything I could wish for.
Even if I felt a bit unfairly treated now, nothing was more crucial than Terry!
"Deal."
Elaine lifted her eyebrows and said, "Return my room to me."
Rebecca and Leon had always dreamed of having a daughter.
Even before their daughter was born, they had already set up a room for her.
It was located right next to their master bedroom.
The room was decorated with opulence and reflected the parents' deep affection.
It was her room, and she wanted them back.
"Are you talking about the room I'm staying in now?"
"Yes," Elaine remarked.
Alora didn't say anything.
She was surprised. She hadn't anticipated that Elaine would want that room.
She appeared torn. "Elaine, I've grown accustomed to living there."
"So, it seems your Terry isn't as valuable as a room," Elaine said with a hint of sarcasm.
"Alright, I agree."
Alora looked as though she was prepared to give up anything for Terry.
Elaine nodded with satisfaction.
"Move out immediately. I'll make sure my parents call off the marriage with the Wilsons."
With that, Elaine brushed past Alora and walked into the room.
Alora's hands balled into fists.
It was starting.
First, this woman had stolen her parents' affection.
Now, she was trying to take my room too.
What else would she try to take?
However, it didn't matter.
I was already 20, of legal age to marry.
As long as Elaine calls off the marriage, I could marry Ter right away.
Once she was married to him, she would forget everything about the Currans!
Imagining the bright future ahead, her lips curled into a soft smile.
She pulled out her phone.
Then, she found the number engraved in her memory and sent a message.
...
Meanwhile, at the Wilson Manor.
A man lounged on an imported leather sofa.
The man had a face so strikingly handsome that it was almost divine. With clean-cut black hair, deep-set eyes, a high bridge of the nose, and thin lips, each feature was exquisitely crafted. Together, they formed an unparalleled and breathtakingly handsome visage.
Dressed in a pristine white shirt, fastened with diamond buttons up to the first one below his collar, he exuded a sense of precision and control.
His demeanor was icy, and he radiated a chill.
Seated with his long legs crossed with effortless grace, he projected a regal presence.
He is Terry Wilson, the eldest grandson of the Wilsons, and the one most likely to inherit leadership of the family.
Behind him, a man and a woman stood a yard away.
They were his assistants, Ryan Wilson and Carey Wilson.
Both were strikingly good-looking and attentive.
They were always prepared to follow his instructions.
Directly across from Terry, a young man lounged on the sofa, casually munching on an apple with his legs crossed.
He wore fashionable clothes and had his hair dyed a striking wine-red, perfectly matching his exceptionally handsome looks.
Amidst everyone, he was impossible to miss.
This is Neil Wilson, his younger brother.
If Terry represented ice, then Neil represented fire.
His passion was like fire.
Terry glanced at the message from Alora on his phone, his brows gradually knitting together as the atmosphere around him grew heavy.
The air seemed to freeze, becoming colder with every passing moment.
"Ter, Elaine just asked Dad and Mom to call off the marriage. They'll be coming to the Wilsons in a few days. Just thought you should know."
Call off the marriage?
Terry's grip on the phone tightened slightly.
The screen couldn't withstand the pressure.
A crack appeared not long after.
"D*mn! No way! Sister-in-law wants to call off the marriage?"
Neil had somehow moved to his side without him noticing.
Seeing the message, he was stunned.
The thought of marrying Terry made her so happy she could wake up laughing from her dreams!
And now, she willingly called off the marriage?
She must have lost her mind!
After the shock came a burst of laughter.
"Haha, Terry, you're so unfortunate. Your fiancée, whom you've cared for these past two years, doesn't want you anymore! What kind of world is this? Even a bride who's already yours can run away! Live long enough, and you'll see everything!"
