Once there i started giving them the instructions. "Dani! Where is Kai?" i asked Danicia who sat beside me. "oh yeah, he went to the garden area with Maya and some other kid. You know how that little boy is addicted to flowers." Danicia giggled. I smiled. "alright. Go back to training." i said smirking at her. She pouted but went nevertheless. She might be the pack doctor, but she also trains. In fact everyone from my pack trains. Children, teenagers. Adults. To be honest everyone in between the age of 3-75 or so. Some above 75 too if they want to. They don't have a choice. They know i am doing it for them. Their safety. So, they train I different groups. There are groups for older people, adults, young adults, teenagers and for kids there are 2 groups. "do 100 pushups!" i ordered which was followed by a bunch of groans. If i see even one of you cheat this time you will do Plank to Downward Dog Tap 200 times! Got it?" i yelled. "yes Alpha!" "do 25 laps. And you will take your 10 break! And remember no hanging around! After that you will do 60 laps! Start!" i yelled. They know that when it's training I'm real serious. I went to the opposite side of the training area and started my training. It seems like the big bad Alpha isn't coming. Never mind that, we can still train. After all we haven't trained today. I did 250 push ups and 200 rotating planks. Lateral Plank Walk, Diamond Push-Up, Plank to Downward Dog Tap, Forearm Side Plank With Twist, bicycle crunches, and etc. I went to do my 50 laps. I saw some still hanging around in break.
