Chapter 27

Harlyn After Hillan left me, I sort of went to lay on my bed and tried to avoid thinking as much as I could now that I knew Bernardo could get in my head whenever he wanted and it was crazy. I couldn’t even think for fear that he might be listening in on my thoughts. It was invasive and even more annoying because I couldn't do it back, maybe if I could then I would know if he meant everything that he had been saying to me. He did say I could when I marked him back but I didn’t want to fall for his trap. We will have to have sex for me to be able to mark him so what if he was doing everything because he wants to screw me for the last time to get me out of his system?
