Chapter 32 Mating Ritual

My head felt like it was splitting into two; my face aches. Pain shoots through my hands and legs anytime I try to move them; my consciousness was slowly slipping in, but my eyes remained closed. The ringing in my ears at first made it difficult to make out any sound in the room, but slowly I could make out the pacing sound made by the floor.
