Gigi adjusted her tube dress while staring at her reflection in the mirror. When Alfie called and asked her to join him for a drink with his friends, she immediately asked who would be there. It had been three days since she last saw him, and whether she admitted it or not, she missed him. And she knew she shouldn’t feel that way toward a client. It was a golden rule for her never to develop an emotional attachment to men who only saw her as a sexual object. But it seemed like she had broken her own rule.
