With eyes shut, Isabella marvelled at the heat of the shower water that pummelled her entire body. A deep breath escaped from her lungs as she relaxed from the night's stress. Her mind returned to the interaction with Megan and the secret message that Megan had provided at their meeting. She wondered what facts this woman had concerning her husband. A peculiar sensation tingled across her skin behind her back. A quick pounding of her heart revealed Vincent's sandalwood and leather perfume that always identified him to her. The towel slipped from her shoulder as soon as he touched her because he had been watching while she bathed and she recognized his entrance.
