Bit by bit, splatters of blood fell onto the cold, cracked tiles, painting a crimson pool beneath the fighters' feet as the room descended into a stunned, horrified silence. The sound of bone meeting bone and flesh meeting flesh echoed, each brutal strike making the two currently clashing seem barely human to those watching them.
