Rachel didn't say anything, but she was smiling and had a look of what seemed like pride on her face. As Maya collapsed to the floor in exhaustion, Rachel got up off the couch and walked slowly over to me. She stopped right in front of me and reached behind my head. I felt her pulling on the straps to my mask and, before I could really process what was happening, she lifted the mask off of my face, and she kissed me on the lips for several seconds. "Jason?!"
