Angel’s eyes twinkled. Calvin couldn’t explain the giddiness that swept over him, but he was happy to know his presence brought joy to her life. That was until he remembered the talk that had to happen with Charles. He had wanted to meet with Charles this week, but his best friend was too stressed by all that was happening, and had flown out of town for a short break.
