The drive home was awfully quiet. Natalie's heart felt like it would rip off her chest any moment. She'd had too many surprises for one night. Ashton sat with her in the back seat, paying attention to his phone. He hadn't said a word to her yet about what she had just seen. Instead, he only asked her to get in the car so they could go home.
