Chapter 10 John got back when the night was still very young. He was glad to meet his dinner already on the table. He walked toward the table and uncovered the food. He dipped his hand and realizing the food was cold, he covered it back and made his way upstairs, hoping to see Sarah awake and waiting for him. He walked to the guest room where she was sleeping since she had still not agreed to move back into their room. He knocked on the door softly to see if she was still awake. He stood there and when he didn't get any response, he sighed heavily and left.
