"Release her. Take her to the infirmary." Once again, Dave's order shattered the cold silence of her dreadful cell. Two men stepped forward and promptly released her from the cuffs. The pain paralyzed her, causing her to fall face-first onto the cold, hard floor, but mercifully, the men caught her before her face met the floor. They carefully wrapped a white sheet around her, ignoring her cries of pain as the cloth made contact with her brutalized skin. More tears fell. More sobs had her body trembling, but the men ignored it. They led her out of the cell and down the corridor.
