Jennie Wilson POV " Then we found you through Remi, we wanted to meet you. Maybe if.... We are not asking you to be his girlfriend but if you at least stay around us..." " He might feel more controlled over himself, stop thinking about his bad past, run away in search of Eva. If we let him be, cyclothymia can increase the risk of developing bipolar disorder. Which might even draw him towards suicidal ideation. I don't want that. Please Jennie, only you can help us now. " " It's not that he has no insight. Due to less severity of symptoms in Cyclothymia, he does know what's wrong and what's right. But sometimes he can't control his emotions like we are able to do. I know it's not possible to bring his old self back but we can at least wish for my brother to have a better life. It will only happen in your presence. Only you can make him stable, Jennie. If he is around you, we can lessen his symptoms. Please I beg you, please help us. " We froze listening to her request. " So in short you are saying that our Jennie should babysit a mentally challenged, a depressed guy!? " Lisa sneered, anger lacing her voice. We flinched when Blake stood up angrily making a thud sound, slamming his palm on the table. " Listen you little piece of meat...don't f*** with me, mind your language before you speak. Understood?" Blake sneered. His nonchalant demeanor turning into something more frightening. " Oh yeah, you might think this is useless, but my sis life is precious. I can't let her risk her life for that maniac, he has already attacked our big sis in the cafe. What else do we have to wait for? " She snarled angrily at him. " You won't understand just with words, would you?" Blake sneered, stepping ahead. His voice is ungodly and corrupt. We flinched, stepping back. There's no doubt he's a devil's spawn. " Look sir and ma'am... I'm sorry but I can't help you. We are just students and I have worked very hard to reach here. Please leave us alone to live peacefully. We don't want any trouble. " Blake stills. The impassive look in his steely eyes is anything but calm. He's scaring me. " How much money do you want!? " Blake raised his voice. " Excuse me!?" I said confused and angry. " Just speak up how much money you want to pull this act. I know you low class people want money, you go up to any extent for it. " Blake divulges with a cold tenor. " What did you just say? Low class people? She don't give a f*** to your money, who wants your money!? How dare you speak to her like that, you spoiled rich brat!!! " Lisa stepped in infuriated by his insulting words. " What the f*** did you just call me?" Blake hissed woefully, frightening us but Emma pulled him back. " Guys stop it and please, it's a request. Please Jennie, please reconsider it. " Emma's tone shook. " Reconsider it? I don't know what kind of joke this is. Instead of feeding him more medicines and electric shocks, you want to sacrifice an innocent soul to that maniacal dude. Has the whole family gone loco with him? " Lisa jeered. " I said mind your tongue before you bark!!!! " Blake yells. " We are doing whatever it's in our hand but we are unable to keep an eye on him every second. Most importantly, the surroundings around him matter too. Some or the other way he brings back the past. Even small events of sorrows or anything related around him triggers back his memory. He keeps yearning for that girl Eva and cries day and nights I have lost count of! He might slowly draw towards Bipolar I or II. All I ask is Jennie's presence. Assure him, talk to him which we are failing to do so! He doesn't listen to us! Is it wrong to think ways for his wellness? " I was taken aback from Blake's sudden outburst, the anger, the passion he held for that Vincent guy. " Look sir, we do understand your pain but you...Aren't you being selfish? " Lisa let out a frustrated sigh. " Shouldn't you think about this girl's wellness too? She has already sacrificed enough to get into her dream University, to have a better life. Now you want her to ruin everything? There's no guarantee her life will not be at risk. Never! I will never allow it! " " I knew it! I told you Emma this is useless, turns out she is same as that b*tch, heartless and cruel. After all she carries the same f***ing face of hers, even her personality matches!! " Blake kicked the chair furiously, making it fall. " Oh don't you talk about her personality, she is the most beautiful from inside as well as outside, we don't need your opinion!" Lisa spat at him pulling me behind her. " F*** you! Let's get going Emma there is no hope from this b*tches. " Blake dragged Emma out of the hall. " Please reconsider your decision, we need your help!! " Emma shouted while Blake was dragging her outside. " You .....you were the one who set up all this! " Lisa barked pointing at Remi. " No wonder why you were asking my sis Jennie to stay, showing all of a sudden concern. I should have seen it coming! " Lisa said, flashing her angry eyes on Rosé. " You people think we are cheap and behind the money just because we are poor, because we don't match your status? Is it our fault we are born in a poor family!? " Lisa said, her tears spurting out. " We do have a heart and we have a right to live too, make decisions, you people think you can buy everything with money!! " Lisa started breaking down. " Hey Anna.." I hugged her as I fought back the tears. I should stay strong no matter what. " I should have let you stay in your house, it was my mistake. What will I say to your mom and dad if anything happens to you? It's all my fault!" " Let's get going from here, we shouldn't stay here. " Lisa wiped her tears and dragged me towards my room. Rosé blocked us. " Please listen Lisa, Jennie I am sorry, please forgive me. I didn't know the situation would turn out like this. " " But you are my true friends, please don't leave me. I admit it, I was wrong....but please don't leave me alone here. I promise it will never happen again. " Remi started crying. " It's ok if you don't want to help them, please don't break our friendship. " She begged, holding our legs. " Rosé what are you doing!?" I pulled her up. We hugged each other. " Blake is blunt but he is good by heart. Everyone are good. They were just emotional for Vincent, they didn't mean to be rude. Please I am sorry..." Rosé said in between sobbing. " And please don't leave me alone in this house Jennie. I personally wanted you to stay here. I know what you people are. I always envied you. Please don't misunderstand me" " It's ok Rosé....I am sorry I raised my voice at you. " Lisa hugged her. Everybody stilled, having soft conversations. My gaze travels through the door, something squeezes in my chest. Memories from the night strangle my brain. There seems to be an unwanted chaos in my life and I can't shut the feeling like deep down, I know something bad is awaiting.
