Christopher knew he was done for, he quickly said to Sir Bernard "Please tell them I'm innocent." Before Sir Bernard could say anything, Director Evelyn continues "We have placed the Bernard family on our blacklist and have informed all the companies under us to do the same." Everyone could only look at her as she walked out of the house, and Sir Bernard couldn't believe that he just heard "I thought the contract termination was bad news, but now we have lost almost everything." He murmured, and Christopher quickly stood up. "Don't worry, Mr. Bernard, I can still get you a bigger contract somewhere else; just agree to my plan, and we can set the wedding date next week." Christopher knows he has lost everything, and to save himself from the humiliations, he wanted to play this trick. Sir Bernard raises his eyebrows. Dennis walks closer to Christopher and pounds on him. "You bastard, you think you can take us for a fool this time; get out of our house this minute." Christopher quickly ran out, and Sir Bernard, with a horrible look on his face, watched Christopher leave foolishly. "What are we going to do now, father?" Dennis had a terrified look on his face. Everyone was in extreme shock; some were still trying to process everything. When Kyle spoke, he was the first son of Dennis. "Grandfather, don't worry yourself too much; I'm going to speak with my best friend Joe. His father would definitely help us out. Sir Bernard looks relieved; he knows how connected Joe's father is. Raymond has been doing business with Globex Corporation for a very long time now. "That is a very good idea; he can definitely help us. Please hurry to him this minute." Kyle quickly hurried out of the house. Sir Bernard faces Damien. "What are you still doing here? Who invited you here in the first place?" Terry quickly rushed forward. "Father, we tried to stop him but—" "But what!! You mean you can't control your worthless daughter's husband?" "No, father, I tried—" Damien quickly utters as he smiles "Who would even want to be among a family that is almost as worthless as me?" with angry looks on everyone's faces. Oliver, Dennis daughter, roars. "This bastard just insulted everybody." "You fool, I'm going to put you in your place today." Damien walks out of the house smiling, and his phone rings, it's Benjamin. "Hello Benjamin" "Young master, the waiter you are looking for has been caught; I have sent our location to your phone." "Okay, I'm on my way. Benjamin I want you to take care of someone called Raymond. I heard Globex Corporation funds his project." "Okay, Young master, I will pass your message to Evelyn." Damien was surprised by Benjamin's words; he didn't ask Benjamin to find anybody, but he captured the bastard that made his life more miserable. He expected nothing less from his father's assistance; he probably had somebody following him around. Damien cuts the call. ** Damien could already hear the screaming sound. He couldn't believe Benjamin caught the useless waiter when he thought it won't be possible. When he entered the room, the waiter was on his knees, pleading for mercy. He could see Benjamin men had dealt with him already. Benjamin bows to see Damien. "Sir, I have all the evidence with him." Damien didn't listen to Benjamin's words. He moved closer to the waiter. "Why did you spike my drink? Who sent you?" He shivered hearing Damien's deadly voice, but he knows keeping quiet is not an option. "I'm very sorry, sir; it wasn't my intention; my daughter was sick and I needed money. I received a message from an unknown figure, then somebody called me with a robotic voice, offered me money, and sent me a picture of a lady." He breathed heavily. "My job was to find somebody who is very poor to set her up with. I checked your background in Easy Job Mobile, and it turns out you were the poorest, so I hired you. That is all, I swear that is all." Damien's fist tightened; he was desperate, looking for money to treat his mother, which is why he accepted the job from Easy Job Mobile, only for this scumbag to frame him up. Damien had an angry look on his face. "Who sent you to set her up?" "I don't know the person for whom he used a robot voice when he called me, but I know it was from her family." Damien had always suspected one of Megan's family members was the Master minder; he faces Benjamin and says, "Get to the root of this; I want that person found." "Yes, young master." "What about Raymond?" "Young master, it has been taken care of." He bows his head as Damien walks away. Sir, what about him?" "Keep him till we find this bastard." Demian stepped out of the door. * Kyle was at Joe's house. He met Joe and explained everything to him. "Don't worry, my friend; you know how connected my father is to Globex Corporation." This is too easy for him." Kyle was relieved. Joe was going to help his family out. "Oh, my father is even around. Let's go meet him. Both of them went to meet Joe's father. Mr. Raymond, Joe introduced his friend Kyle to his father and told him why he was here. Mr. Raymond's eyebrows raised. He was happy to hear the Bernard family is in this mess; he sees this as his opportunity to get his hands on Megan. "I will help your family, but on one condition." "What is it, sir, just say it?" "Megan will accept being my second wife." Kyle quickly utters: "Consider it done, sir; my grandfather already approved of it." Mr. Raymond was surprised; he thought it would be difficult, but it turned out to be this easy. He asked Kyle to call his grandfather so he could confirm with Sir Bernard himself, and the kid was saying the right thing. Megan is truly his. Such a wonderful day. He finally decided to help, but to his greatest surprise, he got a call from his secretary informing him that Globex Corporation has terminating their contract. "Are you sure of what you're saying?" "Yes, sir, it has been confirmed. You can also check their official social media account." Raymond was short of words as the phone fall from his hand. This is bad; what am I going to do now? Who am I going to run to for help? Who did I offend? Kyle wanted to find out what happened. "Sir, is anything the matter?" Upon hearing Kyle's voice, Raymond's already red eye turns even redder, and he slaps Kyle immediately. "You bastard, your grandfather sent you here to destroy my family, right?" "No, sir, we only wanted your—" Mr. Raymond landed a powerful blow on Kyle. "How dare you and your grandfather drag me into your family mess,now my company contract has also been terminated?" He continued to punch Kyle, and Kyle quickly called on Joe for help. Joe couldn't say anything; he was still in shock. He couldn't believe he let this bastard make his family lose millions of dollars in investments. He joins his father and pounds on Kyle. Kyle couldn't get himself to say it was his idea; he knows he's going to die if he says so. "Please, sir, it was my grandfather's idea; he sent me here; please spare me." "Oh, you can say the truth now; after I'm done with you, I'm going to deal with that useless family of yours." Kyle was dragged into the car; his face was swollen, he lost some teeth, and he couldn't say anything. * The car stopped at Sir Bernard's house. Dennis and Terry thought Kyle had successfully invited Mr. Raymond to their house, but to their greatest surprise, Kyle could barely crawl out of the car.
