Chapter 4

Damian quickly left the hospital that morning to get some new clothes at home. Megan sent him the money last night, but he doesn't need the money anymore. He notices the Mercedes-Benz car parked in front of Megan's house; he knows nobody owns this type of Mercedes brand in the house. Damien walked inside the house where Megan's father and mother were hosting a guest. With good dress sense, he was sitting close to Megan. The entire room was in extreme shock. Everyone stared at Damien with horrified looks on their faces; they couldn't believe he returned to their house. Terry quickly stood up from his chair; he must chase Damien out of the house immediately. He thought after yesterday's incident he wouldn't dare come to the house again, and he doesn't want his guests to find out what happened between Damien and Megan. He pointed at him with a disturbed look on his face. "What are you doing here? Are you here to cause more trouble?" Doris quickly supported her husband to get him out quickly. She can't believe this madman has returned to their house. "Get out of here this minute, pig, you aren't welcome here any more, no one wants you again, your job here is done." She had an uncomfortable look on her face. "Get out of here this minute." Damien was unwilling to leave; he has nothing to say; he was told to hide his identity, which he must do; and moreover, Megan is carrying his child. He must stay and expose that person who offered him that part-time job just to set him up with Megan and prove to Megan that he wasn't the mastermind. Megan was sitting by the corner. Thomas looks at Damien disgusted; he is the heir to the Alexander family; they are part of the tier two list of the richest family in Blue Isno; his family owns a high-class restaurant called Eat with Pride, with some medium restaurants in the countryside; the Alexander family's net worth is over 500 million dollars; and they have been surging recently. Damien's eyebrow furrowed; he couldn't believe what this fool just said to him. "Who do you think you are? How dare you speak to me when I wasn't talking to you?" Doris couldn't believe what she just heard—not only did this bastard drug and rape her daughter, he also got her pregnant. He still has the guts to be this arrogant; he still has the audacity to come to their house this morning and insult Thomas Alexander. If only he knew how powerful the Alexander family is. "You want more money! Take that and be a good boy." Damien's eyebrows closed his eyes. "I'm going to show you what happens to the lizard that challenges the crocodile to a biting contest." Damien took out his phone from his pocket and sent Mr. Benjamin a message. He wants to see how powerful the Barron family is. [I want the Alexander Company zeroed out. I want it liquidated in five minutes.] With a cold look on Damien's face. "Soon you will be needing this money more than I do." Terry couldn't stand Damien any longer with a bitter look on his face. "You better leave here now before I do something crazy. I give you one minute to get out of here, bastard." At that moment, Thomas phone suddenly rang. Thomas was caught by surprise. "Hello Dad, I'm at my in-laws place right now; why are you calling me?" on the phone. Thomas father snarled indignantly, "You piece of sh*t! What the hell did you do this time? Who did you offend? All the shareholders are selling their shares like candy; our share price has fallen more than 50%." Thomas heart seized; he couldn't believe his ears, and his father wasn't done. "The worst of it all is that the bank wants their $200 million loan back. In setting up Eat with Pride, all our partners have suddenly suspended their projects with us, and with an overwhelming statement, we are definitely going bankrupt after this." Thomas phone was on loudspeaker; he was frozen like he was hit by lightning. "But but...what happened, why, why...what did we do to deserve this?" Terry clearly heard the phone conversation Thomas had with his father; he knows they are done; he clenched his fists; he knows his plans for Thomas to marry Megan have failed; he was still thinking of what to do next when his phone rang; it was his father. Terry was shocked as he slowly answered the phone. "Hello father." "I hope you have chased that worthless Thomas out of your house." "Yes, father, as soon as I heard the news, I chased him out." "Good I heard the same faith will follow anyone seen associating with the Alexander family; move on to the next plan." The call ended. Terry was still shivering, and Thomas was still in his house. Thomas, stand up and leave here this minute. How do you expect me to help your family in this mess? It clearly seems you offended the wrong family. Damien could see the little smile on Megan's face; he knows she doesn't support the marriage with Thomas, but she lacks words of her own. He dislikes people who can't voice their thoughts, and he hates the Bernard family. He went to the room to change his clothes and sent Benjamin a message.
