Jason's heart soared at her words. Pleasure rushed through him and he took her face in his hands, looking into her eyes. He asked, "Are you sure?" Maya could hear the sincerity in Jason's voice. She knew that he was waiting for her to say no, to back away, to tell him that this was moving too fast. But she couldn't do that. She was sure, beyond a shadow of a doubt.
