Chapter 23

Jason walked into Maya's office dressed in a blue suit and a white shirt underneath. The ray of the sun illuminating from the window of the office cast a warm glow on his face, Maya couldn't help but admire how smart and elegant he looked, his charming eyes were glittering which made him adorable with a domineering aura like that of a king, she shifted her gaze from him as she wouldn't want him to notice that she has been staring at him for too long. Jason sat down and furrowed his eyebrows at her not knowing what to say as he was overwhelmed by her sudden change of heart, just yesterday she was threatening thunder and brimstone and now she was willing to allow him perform his fatherly duties to their son.
