Chapter 6 Boring Classes

“lza... Are you ok? I heard that you aren't well...” Roxie Caylor rushed to Izara as Her face changed instantly. “I am fine... Thanks to god... I am not dead yet...” She said, mocking Roxie Internally. Roxie's face changed into a bitter one. Izara walked to her seat and settled on her seat. Roxie turned and saw Estelle who was walking toward her seat. Roxie stopped her. “What happened to Iza... Why is she behaving like this?” Roxie asked, looking so worried. “I don't know either... I guess she is a bit tired.” She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Roxie gritted her teeth in anger. “How dare they ignore me?” Roxie's evil thoughts never left her. Estelle settled beside Izara as Martin settled on another side of Izara. Soon the class started. As usual of college days, boring classes, nagging professors, irritating tests... The morning session was completed with drowsy people who were waiting for professors to leave. As soon as the professor left the class, everyone dropped their heads to the bench. No one is an exception. “Agrh... What a boring session we have today? I wanna go home...” Estelle whined as Martin ruffled her hair. “Girl... We have three more classes to finish...” Martin chuckled. “Fúck...” Estelle cursed under her breath which was unnoticed by anyone. After all, she isn't the kind of person who would curse. “Martin...” Izara called Martin, getting their attention. “What happened, baby girl?” Martin leaned on the table to see his friend who was burying her face on the table. “You know martial arts, right?” Izara asked as They were confused. “Yeah... So...” He hesitated. It was not like he didn't know it. He was just learning it. “Teach us basic self-defense...” Izara asked as they were shocked. “Iza... Are you sure? But I don't wanna learn anything... It's tiresome.” Estelle whined as they chuckled at her cuteness. Soon they were disturbed by someone. It was none other than Roxie. “Girl... It's lunchtime… Can we go together?” She asked as their faces changed. “Yeah... Why not...” Estelle smiled sweetly. Everyone could fall for her sweet smile. “Then... Let's go to the canteen...” Martin got up from his seat as if he was unwilling. Izara was also like that. They walked to the canteen. At the canteen, everyone's eyes fixated on them… After all, they were young masters and young ladies of powerful families. Soon they arrived at the canteen. As usual, they ordered the same dishes that they always ordered. “Then... What are you guys going to do after graduation?” Roxie started a random conversation. “Maybe... Marriage...” Estelle said while stuffing the piece of food in her mouth. Roxie frowned hard. It was noticed by Izara. “What? Marriage... Are you serious, Kitten? Don't tell me that Chris controlled your mind.” Martin gritted his teeth as Estelle chuckled. “No... No... We are not planning but our family,” Estelle looked at Roxie who was fuming in anger. A small grin appeared on her lips... “Did I see wrong? Or my eyes were playing with me... Estelle grinned just now...” Izara was confused by his thoughts. Seeing that, Izara's eyes widened. Soon she was brought back to reality when Estelle talked. “He loves me so much. you know... He agreed to marry me after our master's degree... But our families were deciding something.” Estelle's eyes beamed when she talked about Chris. “I think I saw it wrong... She is just a timid and naive girl who can not even hurt someone.” Izara shrugged off her thoughts. “Damn kitten... You are whipped for that Chris... But to be frank, I don't like that freak... He isn't your type... He looked like he was hiding many things in the dark.” Martin warned Estelle. But she wasn't in the mood to hear their words. She was already in her dreamland. “Damn... Showing off... If they weren't friends of those two families, I would have married Chris right now... Because of her, I lost him to her... Even in studies and life...” Roxie gripped her spoon in anger. Her thoughts were so obvious. “I am done with Lunch... I am leaving first... You guys can take time.” Saying that Roxie stomped out of the cabin. “Enough of your act, Estelle... She left already.” Martin rolled his eyes. Estelle came back to normal. But still, her face was holding a cute pout. “I know... You are acting... Even if she plays anything dirty, she can't get your Chris... Stop being jealousy àss...” Martin said, shocking lzara. “what!!! They knew she was having a crush on Chris... but... It wasn't like in my previous life... That day only I came to know about it... Did Estelle know before me? Then... Why didn't she tell me anything?” Izara was drowning in her thoughts. She came back to her senses when Martin shook her shoulder. “What happened, baby girl?” Martin looked at lzara for an answer. “Huh... Nothing... Just thinking about the project?” Izara laughed nervously. “Are you serious? Fúck you, girl... I am enjoying my college days but you are thinking about the project. They didn't even allot us a topic at all.” Martin whined. “Yeah... lza… Why are you so indulged in studying? Such a bookworm you are...” Estelle pouted. “Like you aren't?” Izara mocked Estelle as Estelle pouted more. Martin was just enjoying the drama. Soon Izara changed the topic. “Martin... What about my request? Can you teach us some basic self-defence methods?” Izara was serious this time. “What happened? you looked serious.” Martin said. “I don't know why but I had a feeling of being followed. Just in case...” Izara was stopped by Martin, “Okay Okay... But I am not going to teach you but my uncle... After all, l am learning from him... I am just a rookie in his eyes.” “Like seriously, everyone knows how strong you are... You are first in everything yet you are just a rookie in his eyes... Then we will be an ant in his eyes.” Estelle rolled her eyes as they laughed their lungs out. It's true though. “Okay, Stop your chit-chat... We will be late for class if we stay here for lunch.” Izara said as they nodded. After finishing their lunch, they went to class. After Lunch, it was hard for anyone to listen to the class. When it comes to the dry subject, definitely everyone would be in their dreamland. “l regret taking this course...” Martin intoned. Soon he received a smack on his head “Just listen to the class,” Estelle warned him as he whined. Izara looked at her world with the most gentle eyes.
