Chapter 154 A Modeling Prodigy

After James handed out his orders, he turned and left without any hesitation. Cynthia was left on the chair with a resentful yet helpless look on her face. A few staff members surrounded Cynthia and got her makeup done in a short while. Then, they pushed her into the changing room, where they began stripping her and putting on clothes for her. Soon enough, Cynthia was like a newly-packaged product that was ready to be exported. The staff members sent her out of the room. Throughout the process, Cynthia went along with whatever the staff wanted to do to her while she fixed her gaze on the other workers outside the room. She was numb and lost at that point—she knew that James had succeeded in forcing her into doing this. After letting out an exasperated sigh, she quietly put on the veil that James had prepared for her before she walked toward James, who was giving orders to his staff.
