Kate felt her breath returning to her slowly, and with a deep gasp, she opened her eyes. Three heads were looking down at her. “Kate…” She recognized the voice of Collins. Then a soft hand touched hers. “Kate…we were so worried,” Michel said. The third person in the room only examined her briefly and exited the ward.
