Chapter 100

Kate woke with a slight headache. The warm weather had hastily metamorphosed into a cold night. She pulled the duvet over her naked body and shuddered. When the cold didn’t leave her after a few minutes, she realized it was an internal cold. Pulling herself from the bed she shared with her lover, she eased into the closet, and took some painkillers. For a few seconds, she stared at her form in the mirror, noticing the slight changes in her physique and skin tone. It’s time for some exercises, she cautioned herself.
