Chapter 18 Hangover

The sun peeked in through a small opening in the curtains, casting a line of light across the bed. Georgia groaned softly, squinting as the light hit her face. Her head throbbed a little, like someone had been banging a drum inside her skull all night. She sat up slowly, rubbing her eyes. May was still asleep beside her, one leg hanging off the edge of the bed, her hair a complete mess.
