Chapter 5 What Is The Truth?

After all the other maids left, Sara glared at Meera angrily and said to her, "And you go and do your work quietly! Beware if you tell anything to anyone?" Hearing Sara's threat, Meera quietly ran away from there. Seeing Meera leaving, Sara laughed and then went towards Neha. As soon as she saw Neha's face, she became jealous. Seeing Neha's beauty, she was afraid that her king might fall in love with this girl. She would have to kill this girl before that. Thinking this, she said to Neha, "Why are you roaming here and there instead of cleaning the palace?" Hearing Sara, Neha looked at her. She said, "I am new here! I had no idea about this place. I feel like I am lost?" On hearing her, Sara said to her, "You are the same girl whom the king asked to clean the whole palace, right?" Neha did not understand what Sara said. She asked in surprise, "Which king?" She really did not know which king the maid standing in front of her was talking about. She did not know any king. According to her, the maid standing in front of her was talking about some old king with white hair and a big belly. On hearing Neha's question, Sara said angrily to herself, "Look, she is pretending to be so ignorant. She went straight and sat on the king's lap, and now she is saying that she does not know any king." But she did not show her anger in her face and said, "You don't need to know who the king is. You just follow his orders. And come with me! There is a place you need to clean!" Saying this, she moved forward and gestured to Neha and said, “You follow me!” Seeing her gesture, Neha silently followed her. After walking for a while, they both reached a big room. That room was bigger and more beautiful than all the other rooms in the palace. Seeing it, Neha was left speechless. She said to herself, “Wow, this is very beautiful. Just like the old times!” While saying this, a thought came to her mind. She said to herself, "Have I come into some old novel? I am not able to understand anything after seeing this palace. And on top of that, they are making me work as a maid. Will I keep working as a maid all my life?" She became sad thinking this. It was not that she was so rich earlier that servants used to do all her work. But she had her magic with the help of which she could do all the work. But now she did not know whether she had her magic or not! ********* On the other hand, Shaan brought the book to his master and told him about everything that Neha did. Her master saw the book and finally banned Neha from the magicians' world. His decision created an uproar among all the magicians, and Kiya was very happy with this. But, there was an old magician among them who was sad about all this. He was the same magician who told Neha's master about Neha and was Neha's mother's father. Neha was unaware of the fact that her mother was also a magician. He never told this truth to Neha because Neha's mother had left their world to live with Neha's father. And this is why she was banned from all magicians. If everyone came to know that Neha was his daughter's daughter, then no one would be ready to make her a magician. But after his daughter's death, Neha was left all alone. Seeing her in this condition, he was unable to tolerate it, and he told the head of the magicians about Neha, hiding only the fact that Neha is his granddaughter. Seeing him silent, Ishaan said to him, "Uncle, don't I know that Neha is Mansi's daughter? That is why you are worried because of her!" On hearing Ishaan's words, Virendra looked at him in surprise. He did not know how Ishaan came to know about this. On seeing Virendra Uncle surprised, Ishaan laughed and said, "Uncle, so what if Neha's face doesn't match with Mansi? However, all her actions match with Mansi. Then how can I not recognize her? I know Mansi very well and Neha is completely Mansi's shadow." Hearing Ishaan's answer, Virendra took a deep breath and said, "You are saying the truth. Neha is Mansi's daughter. Just like Mansi broke the rule of our world years ago, today Neha has also broken the rule of our world. I thought Neha would not do what Mansi did, but she reminded me that, after all, she is Mansi's daughter." After saying this, he became silent. Seeing him silent, Ishaan asked him, "Uncle, do you really believe that Neha can do this?" Hearing Ishaan's question, Virendra said, "I don't even believe what Mansi did years ago. But who can deny the evidence? Right now the question is not whether Neha can really do this or not, but the evidence is proving that she has done this!" After saying this, he got up and left from there. Seeing Virendra's Uncle leaving, Ishaan said to himself, "Sorry Uncle, but I don't believe that Neha can do this. Now, whatever the evidence says, it doesn't matter. As far as I know Mansi, neither she nor Neha could have done this!"
