Chapter 23

The Zurich City Mega Luxurious Mall stood tall and gleaming under the afternoon sun. Crowds moved in and out of its massive glass doors, the excitement of the grand opening evident in the air. The people of Zurich really knew how to turn up. As Alex walked alongside his mother, he kept a poker face, letting her do all the talking. His patience was already wearing thin, but he had agreed to this, so he was going to see it through. He was mostly distracted with the thoughts of how to win his beloved back, she had stopped taking his calls and she wasn’t responding to any of his messages.
