Dante The house was empty when I got back, and lately, I didn't like coming back to an empty house. I preferred the sight of Isabel helping Louisa out in the kitchen, or watching TV in the living room, or just going through a magazine. Anything at all really, as long as it meant she was in the house. We'd already talked about her work at the orphanage and we'd both agreed this was going to be her last week until after she'd given birth to our baby. Wanting to let her know I was well aware she wasn't fragile, was the only reason I'd let her work for so long in the first place. I understood she was strong and didn't need to be treated like a weak Omega, since she wasn't that anymore.
