Chapter 81 It Won't Be Me
Hannah was seething, her anger bubbling so fiercely that she felt like she might explode. Struggling to maintain her composure, she lashed out. "That's ridiculous! You deliberately shoved me and made me lose my footing! Stop pretending to be innocent—this is on you! You're the reason the glass shattered!" She was certain that the security cameras wouldn't have a clear view of what had actually happened. Since their positions had overlapped, the footage wouldn't be able to definitively prove who was responsible. Taking full advantage of this uncertainty, she raised her voice and shouted, "Everyone, look over here! She's the one who broke the glass, and now she's trying to pin it on me! How shameless!"
Francesca narrowed her eyes and scanned the area. As expected, the camera near the display had a blind spot. However, in the corner, she spotted a much smaller, less conspicuous camera. Though the angle wasn't ideal, it might have captured a blurry image of them standing too close together and the exact moment the glass fell. It wouldn't be enough to serve as undeniable proof, but it was something. Making a mental note of the potential advantage, she smirked faintly.
