Chapter 26 Naive Cinderella

Natalia removed the soiled evening gown and, despite the pain from the wounds on her legs, carefully rinsed her body clean. Wrapping herself in a towel, she stepped out of the bathroom, only to freeze at the sight of Dante sitting on the sofa. Startled, Natalia instinctively took a step back, her fingers tightening on the edge of the towel. Her lips trembled as she stammered, “Uncle, w-what are you doing here?”
