"Soul Devourer!" The name struck Sebastian like a bolt of lightning, leaving him frozen in place. A dazed expression plastered his face as passersby cast curious glances his way. "Don't be surprised," Hayley's cold voice broke through his reverie. "They classify my techniques as such for precisely this reason. The Soul Devourer has three crucial rules. First, you must never devour someone whose power exceeds your own by too much.
