Chapter 19

ROSE'S POV The dungeon was cold, damp and dark. I laid on the narrow bed. The thin blanket on me barely offerer any warmth, but the real chill came from within me. No matter how I tossed and turned, I couldn't sleep. My thoughts were relentless and my head ached with the weight of it all. Too much had happened today, too much I couldn’t understand.
