Meredith strolled out of the classroom, veering away from her usual path to seek out Seth. Instead, she breezed past the school gates, summoned a cab, and headed towards King Court Hospital. Stopping by the fruit shop adjacent to the hospital entrance, she procured a vibrant fruit basket before making her way to the fifth floor of the inpatient department, finally slipping into the last room at the far end of the corridor. Inside the ward, there were no vigilant bodyguards, only Arthur reclining on the hospital bed clad in a standard-issue gown. "Ms. Reign, what brings you here?" Arthur perked up upon catching sight of Meredith.
