Chloe sat in front of the mirror, her nerves getting the best of her. Janet stood behind her, combing through her hair, and fixing it up into an elegant updo. Chloe admired the intricate design and the way it made her look older and more regal. She smiled and turned to Janet. "Janet, what if Aiden's parents don't like me? What if they think I'm not good enough for him?" Chloe said, voicing her concerns. "I am used to not being liked by the people I want to like me. What if that happens again?"
