~ Zoie’s POV ~ Zoie was so relieved when dinner was over and she made it through without anyone noticing anything. The rest of dinner went along great and they ended the day with some dessert, drinks, and fireworks. Zoie couldn’t remember when it started, but when her brothers were young, they brought fireworks to Thanksgiving one day and it became a tradition in their household. After dinner and the prayers, they’d all go outside for the show.
