The moment she stepped away, Adam wasted no time, walking in as if her warning had never been uttered. I’m not entirely happy with the one at my place." Sarah scoffed but didn’t bother confronting him. She was fully aware of his true intentions and felt relieved that her son had been so quick-witted—he had the foresight to take everything with him, leaving no evidence behind. Without a word, she handed him the soy sauce bottle, her voice frosty. "It’s yours. Now, leave." He accepted it with a nod, adding, "I won’t take advantage of you. I’ll make sure to bring it back." She replied defiantly, "There’s no need to. I’ve already told you that it’s yours. Scram!"
