Chapter 7 I Think I'm In Love

Julian's pov I didn't miss the way she smiles at me whenever our eyes meet or the way my heart flutters whenever our hands touch. I can relive this day forever. " What are you staring at? Julian? Her voice is contagious just like her smile. Addictive. " Daydreaming about you" she blushes trying to hide it with her hair. That was a good pickup line. It was the first time I was trying one. There's something about her I wish I can explain it. " You should smile more often. You have a beautiful smile" her face turns crimson red which has me chuckling. " Oh no," I arch a brow waiting for her to spill. " My ice cream is finished. May I borrow yours? Please juls" did she just give me a pet name? I like it though. Not bad. Oh yeah, the ice cream. I gladly offer my ice cream to her. Our fingers brush slightly. There goes that feeling again. I clear my throat averting my eyes elsewhere just Incase she thinks I'm a freak. She wouldn't right? One can never tell! I stand up from the swing to push hers a little while she giggles tilting her head upwards to look at me. Gosh, she's so beautiful down here. " You come here often? She asks. I don't know do I come here often? Cos I have never been here. " Sometimes" I lie through my teeth. My eyes darted to a gathering of people across from us. " Wanna try that? I'm good at it" I boast and I don't know why but I want to impress her. She pressed her lips to the ice cream moaning. A tingle runs through my body at the sound of her moan. What is she doing to me? I'm sure she had no idea cos she moans again with her eyes closed this time. Are you sure she's talking about the ice cream? " Your flavor is better than mine. Hmmm" I bit my lips wishing to be the ice cream but what's the odds of that happening? " Tell me about it," I say trying to change the subject. " It's a free throw. C'mon, it'll be fun" I tell her helping her up. She shrugs trailing after me of course. Did I tell you that she's quite tall? Well, she is six feet I think, and beautiful. She locks her gaze with me. I fell into a trance while staring at her beautiful eyes. I think I'm in love! Oh, God. I eventually blink while she breaks eye contact. Wait! Is she disappointed? I tug at her hands and pulled her closer to cup her cheeks then lean my forehead on hers. " let's win this thing okay? Then we can talk" I tell her cos I like to be straight. I don't like taking advantage of girls or anyone for that matter. We ended up throwing darts to win a ..... What's that? Is it a wristwatch? It is a wristwatch. I threw some darts and ended up winning candies and chocolate but my girl was determined to win the wristwatch while stuffing the candies in her mouth and scream in ecstasy when it dropped down. Wow!. I know I should be ashamed but I'm proud of my girl. " I won juls" she says pulling me into a hug. Gosh, I must have saved a country in my former life If I believe in those kinds of stuff. " Perfect. I ....l lied I'm not good at dart* she giggles poking me. I was trying to be honest in case she wanted another toy. I can buy it but winning it is something else. " I can tell. You should see your face. The good thing is we won" ohh. Who knew she was the considerate type. I definitely didn't. I can tell she's a daddy's girl. Rich but that shouldn't be a problem right? After all love always wins. I don't know what to do though I read a few and I surfed some and my cousin suggested some of it. I have never been on a date beside to dine together. I hope I'm nailing this thing cos I want more than this. I hope there'll be other opportunities for a better date. The one I'm good at. " It's a rollercoaster" she tells me like she can read my mind. Am I that easy to read? Oh gosh. " And we're going to ride it together for fun" she interrupts my thoughts. Wait what? We're going to ride on that snakelike thing. It looks like it's going to bite. " We should watch a movie after this" I tell her. Movies are way better than joyriding. ***"" "" I love the rollercoaster ride. It feels like the world is descending and ascending at the same time with no worries cos we live in the moment this moment. I hold her hands to see her face. Gosh, she didn't like the ride. Weird cos she was a pilot. There's lines across her most beautiful features so I pressed the red button to evacuate. It bounced us on a large silk cloth with bolts and knots keeping it firm. Did I mention the screams? Yep. She scream out Loud. I keep doing things that surprises her. I should have warned her before evacuating but I was doing it for her. Women are hard to please. It's a lot of work. I didn't let her hand go until she was calm enough. How should I apologize. It's now or never. I push myself off the silk to hover over her. That's it, her sad angry face dissipated at my gesture. " What are you doing? My girl's voice come out raspy. I can't help it. I let my fingers caress her cheeks , temples and lips. She trembles at that part watching me. I lean closer to kiss her but a hand on my chest stopped me. " People. There are people" she didn't know? We're alone now. I'll put her out of her misery. " What people? Her eyes is locked on mine deep in it like mine except mine wants to devour her. I took the opportunity to press our lips together putting all my emotion in it. Trying to figure out this girl that fascinated me. The girl that sweep me off my feet at just a glance. I'm dying to know her. I let my lips take control slipping my tongue in to taste her mint, swirled it over hers and deeper earning a gasp from her. I pulled away at some point letting her catch her breath. She seems to go out of breath quickly and her kiss is sloppy. Has she never done this before? OMG! I'm taking advantage of her innocence. " We can see that movie" I tell her lifting myself off her but she was still gasping. Her chest heaving with eyes stuck with mine. " We'll definitely see that movie" she repeated between gasp. I pull her up from the silk. I can tell she has no intention of standing up. She stumbles into my chest and giggles wrapping her arms around me. She was so warm with her ample chest pressed against mine. I can only think one thing. I want to marry this woman. Maybe it's too soon but I want her and I'm going to get her. I nuzzled my head on the crook of her neck with my hands wrapped around her waist. " Please be mine" I whisper cos I know she isn't suppose to hear me and I was glad she didn't. I didn't want to scare her especially after learning she is new to this. I have to take things slow. I'm sure of one thing I'm going to win her heart. She's mine.
