The license for the Shenzhou Charity Company was attained. Bai Jing, Qing Zhui and Yin Molan were shareholders, in which Qing Zhui and Bai Jing possessed a greater proportion of shares. Bai Jing had 50% of the shares, Qing Zhui had 40% while Yin Molan only had 10%. Ning Tao was not included. Even though he had provided the start-up capital, he did not hold a single share. Such a distribution was not his idea. It was unlikely to be Qing Zhui's idea, but Bai Jing's. Ning Tao could also not bother to get involved with it. Bai Jing would be put entirely in charge of the Shenzhou Charity Company. Thus, allocating 50% of the shares to her was a necessary measure, so that she could have a better control of the company.
