Chapter 33 Prison Break

Elena is seated at the back of a prison van with her hands cuffed as she is being conveyed to the court for hearing, it was just yesterday that she was arrested and today she has been trialed already. That wasn’t really what bothered her, the earlier the better. But she was confused on why they chose to transport her with a prison van since she had not yet been found guilty of the charges by the court, that was infringement of her fundamental rights, she shouldn’t be treated as a criminal until she was found as one, at least that was what she thought.
